Training

Typically, Castle clients agree a 1 year or 2 year rolling program where support and training run hand in hand. In fact, at Castle we believe that training without support can only deliver a fraction of what a successful estate planning professional needs.

Designed with the individual in mind. We all have different needs yet often training is delivered as if we are all the same!

Some clients agree a 1 or 2 year training contract, similar to that undertaken by a new solicitor after they have passed their professional examinations. Geared towards learning growth and commercial awareness and success, the structure and length of the program suits many. But others prefer a more tailored, flexible program, where content and delivery evolve as the individual and individual needs alter over time.

We normally work on a rolling and flexible monthly contract with no long-term commitment. We understand that money can be tight whilst trying to build a new business, so we’re happy to work in as flexible manner as possible.

Training content includes technical (knowledge), application (skills) and compliance and risk based content.
