We get to know what you need to learn by conducting a learning needs analysis. Then we tailor training and support to fill the gaps. We can arrange 1-2-1 training or in small groups where ideas can be shared. You may also have staff members or consultants who would benefit, and we can discuss how we can include them into any training we deliver.
Ongoing support
We will organise your support schedule in advance, building in a combination of training, coaching and mentoring. It will be focus but informal, even friendly!
